Is Antas is the blend of Argei - Le Fattorie Renolia best olives, a very high quality extra virgin oil which draws its extraordinary origin from Gergei, the village of oil. It’s obtained by pressing of 100% Sardinian olives, entirely produced in the Argei farm. Great for salads, steamed fish, poultry, fresh cheese. Ideal for deep frying as it has a very high smoking point.
Pure organic extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed, unfiltered and obtained by pressing of 100% Sardinian olives, entirely produced in the Argei farm. The olives are harvested at the right stage of ripeness, and oil is extracted within six hours from harvesting in a modern plant in compliance with the highest hygiene and quality standards.
