Ayò Alimenti was founded by two Sardinian entrepreneurs, Massimo and Lorella, who sought to combine their experience with leading food distribution groups with the world of Sardinia’s ancient traditions. After more than 20 years, Ayò Alimenti embodies the successful fusion of the island’s vibrant colors and flavors with the exotic flair of other cultures. Our preserved foods in oil, creams, and culinary specialties are crafted with carefully selected fresh raw materials, sourced daily from meticulously chosen local supply chains. Rigorous control of ingredients and production processes guarantees products of certified quality.
Vegetable Creams
Ayò Alimenti produces vegetable creams in a variety of flavors, such as: Sardinian spiny artichoke cream; sweet and sour yellow pepper cream; spicy red pepper cream; asparagus cream; cardoon cream; and mushroom cream.
